At Folira, our priority is ensuring your order reaches you safely and securely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and tracking.
Order Processing Time
We process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Standard Shipping Timelines
Because we route our packages through specialized fulfillment centers to ensure product quality, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 6 to 8 business days from the date your order is processed.
While we always strive to get your order to you sooner, we ask that you allow the full 8 business days before reaching out regarding a delayed package.
Order Tracking
As soon as your shipping label is printed and your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking link. Please note that it can take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system after the package has been scanned.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking link shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If it has been more than 48 hours since the "delivered" status and your package is still missing, please contact our support team at [Your Support Email] so we can investigate and make it right.
International Shipping
Currently, Folira ships exclusively within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping in the near future.
Need to update your shipping address?
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please email us immediately at shopbusiness178@gmail.com. We have a very short window to intercept orders before they are locked into our fulfillment process. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the destination address.
